Please DO NOT uninstall the V4S Mobile application in your Salesforce org when there are newer versions of the V4S Mobile application on the Salesforce AppExchange for upgrades.


All the data related to the V4S Mobile like V4S Mobile Users, TimeSheet details, and device details will be lost if you uninstall the V4S Mobile application in your Salesforce org.

In that case, you will need to reinstall the V4S Mobile app, process oAuth, and create the V4S Mobile Users again to access the V4S Kiosk or V4S Personal application on your handset.

You see an option for upgrading the V4S Mobile app in Salesforce App Exchange, please select it and upgrade the app to the latest version.
