You probably see this message because there is no V4S Mobile User record created for you. You must have a V4S Mobile User record with "Is Kiosk User" button enabled in Salesforce before you log in to the V4S Kiosk application on the device
To create a V4S Kiosk user ID
- Click the new button from V4S Mobile users tab
- Link contact using the search button, create a new contact and link it if the contact does not exist in the org and then link it with the V4S Mobile User
- Add First Registered Date and Time (This is Optional, if a date is selected/entered, we will know from when the V4S Mobile User actually started using the V4S Kiosk application)
- Tick the "Is Kiosk User" checkbox in the V4S Mobile User page. Only a user with this checkbox clicked can log in to the V4S Kiosk application on the device and save it.
