The Salesforce administrator in the org should make sure that the Salesforce users who need access to the V4S Mobile tabs/objects within Salesforce has been assigned as a licensed user.

Salesforce administrator can give access to the V4S Mobile objects for Salesforce user by adding the user ID in Manage License list

From Setup, go to Installed packages, and click the Manage licenses string which is next to the V4S Mobile in the installed packages list. Click the Add users button in the package manager screen and select the Salesforce users for whom you wish to give access to the V4S Mobile objects and save it.

Now the Salesforce users added in the package manager user screen can access all the tabs related to V4S Mobile objects when they login to their Salesforce ID

  1. Ensure that the User has access to the V4S Mobile custom objects,
  2. Has the V4S Mobile For Salesforce VisualForce page visible in their profile (which can be done by editing the user's profile and adding the page to it).

A Salesforce administrator can set up the items above by editing the user's profile in Salesforce. Users who do not need direct access to the V4S Mobile Tabs (e.g., those who use only V4S Personal or V4S Kiosk apps on the device) do not need access to the V4S Mobile objects within Salesforce, they only need to be created as Contacts in Salesforce and linked to their V4S Mobile User ID.

Please Note: If the Salesforce User who does not have access to the V4S Mobile objects signs up a volunteer for the Job/Shift, those volunteer names do not show in the V4S Kiosk/Personal application for Check-Ins.
