Enabling Email in Salesforce for all V4S Mobile Users including Salesforce Admin User
Email to Salesforce lets Users assign emails to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and other specific records in Salesforce. That way, it's easy to know if there are any alert messages when you are using the V4S Mobile application.
Enable Email in Salesforce
- You should be logged in as Salesforce Administrator
- From Setup, enter Email to Salesforce in the Quick Find box,
- Click on Email to Salesforce
- Click Edit
- Select active,
- Click on Save
Now Email is enabled in your Org. When there are any alert/error messages from dftly, the Salesforce Administrator receives an email on the alert/error messages to her email.
