If you see the error message as “somethings wrong, please try again later, email ID, password, and app key….”. and you are not able to login to the V4S Personal app, please clear data for the V4S Personal application
If you are using an Android device,
- Go to the device Settings, and go to Apps Manager and search for the V4S Personal application and click the Clear Data button. You see a message that says all of this app's data will be deleted permanently, click the Ok button.
- Don't worry about this, because only your App Key, User-ID and password are on the device are cleared and all other data is already saved in Salesforce.
- Now go back and click on the V4S Personal app on the phone, and enter the App Key, Email ID, and Password, and log in to the V4S Personal application
If you are using an iOS device, please double click the center button on the device and clear the V4S Personal application from the recently used apps list. Login to the V4S Personal application on the device again.
