If you forgot the password for the V4S Personal application, you can set a new password for the V4S Personal app using the Forgot Password string on the V4S Personal log in screen.


Click the "Forgot Password" string on the V4S Personal Login screen, you see a pop-up that shows the App Key and Email ID you have entered on the login screen with Cancel and Ok button.


If you are not able to view these details on the pop-up screen, that is because you have increased the default font size of the text on your Device.


As there is no scroll option on the forgot password popup, you are not able to view the email ID, Cancel, or the OK buttons.


Please reset the font size of the mobile from the settings Tab to a lesser size and then reset the password for the V4S Personal app. Once you finish resetting the password, you can again change the font size to small, medium, or maximum if required.
