Yes, you can track time to Salesforce Custom objects using the TimeTracker application.
To track time for custom objects, create a lookup field of the custom object in the TT Details Object in Salesforce.
The custom object can be added to the First, Second, or Third level objects in the TimeTracker configuration screen and track time using the PK4 TimeTracker app.
