How do I reset the Password of a TimeTracker user in Salesforce? Print

The Salesforce Administrator can change the password for the TimeTracker users in Salesforce.

To reset the password for one/multiple users in Salesforce

Go to the TT user tab and, from all views select the users by clicking the checkbox at the beginning of each row. Then click the "Change Password" button

On the Reset Password screen
Enter New Password and Confirm Password in the Change Password section and click the Change button
The new password is set for the selected users

Share the new password with the users, and the users can log in to the PK4 TimeTracker application using the new password.
