There could be 3 reasons for not getting the OTP email when you click the Forgot Password link on the PK4 TimeTracker app.
- Email is not enabled in your Salesforce org: The Salesforce Administrator at your org should enable Email for your org. Click here to know more about enabling email for your Org
- If you have entered the wrong App Key or Employee ID on the PK4 TimeTracker login screen and clicked the Forgot Password option: Please cross check if the App Key and the Employee ID that you entered is correct before you click the Forgot password option
- An email is not added in your TT User screen: Please ask the Salesforce administrator to check if they have added your email in the TT User screen.
- The OTP Email is sent to the same email ID that is there on your TT User screen.
