If all your employees are using the same App Key to log into the PK4 TimeTracker application, then you cannot choose different types of location tracking for individuals.
If you want to add preferences for location tracking, please create different App Keys for the Users in your org. Then enable or disable GPS tracking for the Users according to your orgs requirement.
