When you click the "Forgot Password" string on the PK4 TimeTracker Login screen to set up a new password. Then the pop-up shows the App Key and Employee ID you have entered on the login screen with Cancel and Ok button.

If you are not able to view these details on the pop-up screen, that is because you have increased the default font size of the text on your Device.

As there is no scroll option on the forgot password popup screen, you are not able to view the Employee ID, Cancel, or OK buttons.

Please reset the font size of the device from the settings Tab to a lesser size and then reset the password for the PK4 TimeTracker application. You can reset the font size to small, medium, or maximum once you finish resetting the password for the PK4 TimeTracker application.
