To assig the Projects to the PK4 TimeTracker users


  • You must be logged in to Salesforce as Administrator
  • Go to the Projects Tab and click the New button
  • Enter details to the Project Assignment field (e.g: Plumbing work assigned to John)
  • From the Project, field search the Project to assign it to the user 
  • Search for the User
  • Enter Assignment Start Date
  • Enter Assignment End Date
  • Click the Save Button

Once the Project Assignment is saved, the user selected in the above process is notified with a Text Message on his Phone. Once the user clicks the notification, the screen is redirected to Projects Tab, and the user can Check-In to the Project.
