To assig the Projects to the PK4 TimeTracker users
- You must be logged in to Salesforce as Administrator
- Go to the Projects Tab and click the New button
- Enter details to the Project Assignment field (e.g: Plumbing work assigned to John)
- From the Project, field search the Project to assign it to the user
- Search for the User
- Enter Assignment Start Date
- Enter Assignment End Date
- Click the Save Button
Once the Project Assignment is saved, the user selected in the above process is notified with a Text Message on his Phone. Once the user clicks the notification, the screen is redirected to Projects Tab, and the user can Check-In to the Project.
