To assig the Projects to the Mobile Time Tracker users

  • You must be logged in to Salesforce as Administrator
  • Go to the Projects Tab and click the New button
  • Enter details to the Project Assignment field (e.g: Plumbing work assigned to John)
  • From the Project field search the Project to assign it to the user 
  • Search for the User
  • Enter Assignment Start Date
  • Enter Assignment End Date
  • Click the Save Button

Once the Project Assignment is saved, the user selected in the above process is notified with a Text Message on his Phone. Once the user clicks the notification the page is redirected to Projects Tab and the new project is assigned to the user and ready for the Check-Ins.
