You see the Component Error message because the domain name is not set in your org for all the users.

The Salesforce administrator changes the domain name for your Salesforce org. Sometimes, the domain name changes might take about 24 hours to update the records in Salesforce.

The Salesforce Administrator gets an email after the domain name is set for the org. Please ask him to deploy the domain name to all the Salesforce users in your org by clicking the "Deploy it to all users" button.

After the domain name is set and deployed to all users, you will not see the message "A Component Error has occurred!" when you try access the TimeTracker configuration screen.
