This is a known issue in the Mobile Time Tracker application.

After the Salesforce Administrator at your org has created a TT User ID for you, some times the TT User ID is not saved correctly in our database. 

The TT User might see the issue as mentioned below

  • You see only a loader/roller rolling on the device screen after login to the MTT app and the roller does not stop
  • You don't see the Check-In button

If you see the blank screen upon login to the MTT application, please inform this to the Salesforce Administrator at your org and they will inform to dftly. We will fix the issue and the TT users can use the app regularly.
