This is a known issue in the Mobile Time Tracker version 3.1, B 110.

Every time when the Mobile Time Tracker user tries to log in to the Mobile Time Tracker application on the device the login fails the first time. The login fails even upon entering the correct App Key, Employee ID and a Password.

Please enter the Employee ID and Password again to log in to the Mobile Time Tracker application. We will fix this bug in the next release of the Mobile Time Tracker application.

If you have enabled the "Save my User name" on the Mobile Time Tracker login screen, then you should enter only the Password to re-login to the Mobile Time Tracker application.
