The V4S Kiosk application goes to the background if a volunteer clicks on a specific Job or Shift is because, the Salesforce user who has added the volunteer to a Job or Shift using the Volunteer Recurrence Schedule, Web page, or through any other instances does not have access to the V4S Mobile objects in Salesforce.


Please give access to the V4S Mobile objects to the Salesforce user by following the instructions here.


Once the object access is given to the Salesforce user, the volunteer coordinator should log out and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application on the device, if they have logged in already.


Once access is given to the V4S Mobile objects and the volunteer coordinator has logged out and re-logged into the Kiosk application. The Kiosk app does not go to the background if the volunteer clicks the Job/Shift on the device now.
