You are probably not seeing the Volunteers on the Job/Shift detail screen on V4S Kiosk is because of a couple of reasons:

  1. The volunteer is not signed up for the Shift yet
  2. The Volunteer Hours record may not be properly set up inside Volunteers for Salesforce
  3. The volunteer is signed up, but the "Planned Start Date and Time" for the Volunteer Hours is blank in Salesforce

Within the V4S Kiosk, we use the Planned Start Date and Time field on the Volunteer Hours record to identify all the Volunteers signed up for the current day. Please make sure that the Planned Start Date and Time fields are filled for the Volunteer Hours records, if the volunteer has signed up for a Shift using the Salesforce Calendar or from the Volunteer Sites pages.

The Planned Start Date and Time is filled by default, when you add a Volunteer(s) from the Mass Edit Volunteer Hours page for a Shift. If you are assigning a volunteer for a Job, then make sure that you fill-up the Planned Start Date and Time field.,

If the volunteer has signed up for a Shift using the V4S Kiosk application or if the Volunteer is added to the Shift using the Volunteer Recurrence Schedule in Salesforce, it is not required to add the Planned Start Date and Time details manually.  Because the V4S Kiosk application automatically picks the Shift Start date and time and adds it to Planned Start Date and Time.

Also, if you add volunteers to a Shift using the Mass Edit Volunteers, the Planned Start Date and Time is auto-filled from the Shift Date and Time. But not for volunteer hours for Jobs, because there is no Start Date and Time for Jobs.
