There might be 2 reasons that you don't see the Signup button for the Shift on the V4S Personal application


  1. The Shift is full with the desired number of volunteers already Signed up OR
  2. The desired number of volunteers field is blank in Salesforce


If the desired number of volunteers is added to a Shift and the desired number of volunteers have already signed up. Then the Signup button will not show up on the device because the Shift already has the desired number of volunteers.


OR


The Signup button does not show up for a Shift in the V4S Personal app because the desired number of volunteers is blank in Salesforce. And if the desired number of volunteers field is blank, then the app does not know how many more volunteers need to signup for the Shift and it does not show the Signup button.


To fix this issue,


  • Please add the desired number of volunteers to the Shift in Salesforce
  • Click the Sync with Salesforce button in the V4S Personal application from the Settings tab
  • Go back to the Jobs and Shifts screen to see the Signup button for the Shifts
