Your PTO Manager approves your PTO's.

The Salesforce Administrator at your org adds the PTO Manager for you in the TT user screen in Salesforce. And the same PTO Manager will approve your PTO's.

The PTO Manager Approves/Rejects your PTOs from the PTO Approvals screen in Salesforce.

Once the PTO Manager Approves or Rejects your PTO, the PTO status is emailed to you to alert you about the status changes. You can also see the PTO Status change in the PK4 TimeTracker application in the PTO Recent list.
