In Salesforce you see the recent time entries in the Summary Page tab.

In Salesforce go to the Summary Page tab, you see 2 sub-tab as Summary View and Multiline Time Entry and the Time Details tab.

You see the recent time entries on the Summary page. You can also add the time details in the same screen using the Multiline Time Entry page.
