Both TT Expenses and Expenses tab shows the Expenses submitted by users.
TT Expenses tab
If you are a Salesforce administrator, you see the Expenses submitted by all the TimeTracker users in your org with the current Expense status as Submitted, Approved, Rejected, or Reimbursed.
The expenses tab has two sub-tabs as
- My Expenses
- Expenses Approvals
- My Expenses shows the expenses submitted by the logged in Salesforce user
- Expenses Approvals tab shows the expenses submitted by the users reporting to the logged in user that are pending approval, Approved/Reimbursed, and Rejected Expenses
- The Manager can check the Expenses and Approve or Reject the user expenses.
