The user type fields decide the type of Check-In the user sees in the Mobile Time Tracker Mobile application


There are two Checkboxes as "Individual User, not Team use" and "Allow Personal Check-In, in Team mode"


  • If the user is set as an Individual user, then the user sees only the Check-In button when he logs in to the Mobile Time Tracker Mobile app
  • If the user is set as a Personal user, then the user sees the Clock-In button upon login to the Mobile Time Tracker Mobile app, and once he Clocks-In, the user sees the Check-In button.


Please set up the user according to the org requirement, if you want to track time for Clock-In and Check-In then the user should be set as Personal User. If you want the users to track time only for Check-Ins then set up the user as an Individual user.


In both cases, you should select the Check box and the User Type fields.

  • If you select the "Allow Individual use, not Team use" select the User type as "Individual User"
  • If you select the  "Allow Personal Check-in, in Team mode", select the User type as "Personal User" and save it.
