The users are not able to track time in Salesforce might be because of any of the reasons below
- If there are multiple TT user IDs created for the same user in Salesforce: Please check in Salesforce and delete if there are any duplicate user IDs for the same user,
- If the Salesforce user does not have access to the PK4 TimeTracker Objects: Give object permission to the users, click here to know more
- The Salesforce user does not have access to the Objects and field in Salesforce: Give field-level access to the user, click here to know more.
After all these are checked and setup correctly the users in Salesforce can start using the app for
