If the volunteer status is set as  "Web Signup" by default, then more volunteers can signup for a Job/Shift than the desired number of volunteers.


There are three options from where the volunteers can signup for a Job/Shift


  1. Web Signup
  2. Volunteer Recurrence schedule
  3. V4S Kiosk/Personal app


  • If the volunteers are signing up for a Job/Shift from web pages, the default volunteer status is set as "Web Signup"
  • If the volunteer coordinator or Salesforce Administrator is adding volunteers to the Job/Shift, from Volunteer Recurrence Schedule, please make sure that the volunteer status is set as "Web Signup"
  • For the volunteers that signup to the Job/Shift using the V4S Kiosk/Personal application, please contact us at  "info@dftly.com" or "support@pk4.tech" and inform us about setting up the default volunteer status to "Web Signup" and we will configure it for your org.


Once the volunteer status is set as "Web Signup" by default for the volunteers, then more volunteers can signup to the Job/Shift than the desired number of volunteers.
