Only the Salesforce User that has access to the TT Expenses tab can request/add the Expenses for other users. The PK4 Time Tracker Web user, Mobile app user, or Chrome extension users cannot request Expenses for other users.

By default, the Expense Items and Reports are private and only visible to others if they are shared or in the approval process.

You can enter Expenses and create Reports for others (e.g. an assistant entering the information). 


To add an expense of other user

  • Go to the TT Expenses tab, and click the New button,
  • You see the Expenses screen, add all the Expense details, and click the save button.
