All the TimeTracker users will have a Reporting Manager, and that Reporting Manager approves the time details of the users. If the Reporting Manager is on Vacation, then the time details can be approved by the Vacation Delegate.


The Vacation Delegate should be set up only for the Reporting Manager and not for all the TimeTracker users.


The Vacation Delegate sees the time details of the users only if the Reporting Manager is on vacation and has an approved PTO.


  • Note: The Vacation Delegate sees the time details only of the users that report to the Reporting Manager for whom they are set as Vacation  Delegate


To approve the time details,


  • The Vacation Delegate should log in to Salesforce
  • Go to the Approvals page in the Time Review Tab,
  • Check the time details of the users and Approve or Reject them.
