If an OAuth user is marked as inactive in Salesforce, the OAuth access for the TimeTracker application also expires. As a result, TimeTracker users will be unable to log in to the TimeTracker Web or the TimeTracker Mobile apps and will see the message "Org license expired" or "invalid grant access".


Please ensure that access to the OAuth is transferred or granted to a new user before deactivating the OAuth user in Salesforce. The new user should have the necessary permissions for PK4 TimeTracker custom objects, fields, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Aura components. Additionally, make sure the user is listed in the Manage licenses.
