Credit Requests Tab Overview
The Credit Requests tab serves as a central hub for managing all document-related actions. It provides the following functionalities:
Request/Apply for a new document
View all the documents you have requested
Recommend documents (for recommenders)
Approve documents (for approval managers)
To Apply for a Document
Go to the Credit Requests tab.
Click the Start tab to view the list of available documents in your org.
Select the desired document and click on it to open a pop-up window.
In the pop-up, click the Start button.
Upload the necessary files for the selected document.
Click Submit to send the request for approvals.
Once submitted, your manager will review and approve the document request.
My Requests
The My Requests tab provides a comprehensive view of all the documents you have submitted. It includes the following details:
Recommender: Displays the person who has recommended your document.
Approver: Shows the person who has approved the document.
Approval Status: Indicates the current status of each document (e.g., Pending, Recommended, Approved).
This tab helps you track the progress and approval history of your document requests.
Recommendations
Your organization's admin can enable a feature that requires your Manager to recommend your document before it proceeds to the Administrator for final approval.

Recommendations Tab Overview
The Recommendations tab provides visibility into the recommendation workflow and includes:
Documents pending recommendation
Documents that have already been recommended
This tab helps you efficiently track the recommendation status of the document requests.
Approvals
- The Approvals tab is accessible to the Administrator and displays a list of all documents that have been approved for users.
- This tab provides a centralized view for tracking and managing approved documents across the organization.
