The generate_headers_at_interval flag allows you to generate headers at either monthly or weekly intervals. Once the flag is set, approvers can approve time entries directly from the Time Header page.


Steps to Set the Flag

  1. Go to the TimeTracker Flags section.

  2. Locate the generate_headers_at_interval flag and click on it.

  3. Set the Text Value to either "Monthly" or "Weekly", depending on how you want the headers to be generated:

    • To generate headers on a monthly basis, enter "Monthly" as the Text Value.

    • To generate headers on a weekly basis, enter "Weekly".

  4. Select the App Key in the "For App Key" field. Make sure to choose the same App Key that users in your org use for tracking time. 

  5. Mark as Text in the Data Type field.

  6. The Time Headers will now be generated based on the interval (Monthly or Weekly) specified in the flag.

  7. The Approval Manager can approve the time accordingly.
