Steps to Remove or Mark a User as Inactive in the PK4 TimeTracker Package:
1. Remove the User from the Installed Package:
Navigate to Setup → Installed Packages.
Locate the PK4 TimeTracker package and click on Manage Licenses.
Find the user and remove them from the package.
This will revoke their access to all components and objects provided by the TimeTracker package.
2. Mark the TT User as Inactive (for Mobile and Web App Users):
If the user is already deactivated in Salesforce and removed from the managed package licenses, this step is optional for those using only the Salesforce app for time tracking.
For Mobile and Web app users, follow these steps:
Go to the TT User tab.
Search for the user.
Check the Inactive checkbox.
Click Save.
Once marked as inactive, the user will no longer be able to access the TimeTracker Mobile or Web applications.
