Using the My To-Do Tab


The My To-Do tab allows you to view and manage the tasks assigned to you, log time, create new tasks, and track progress. Here’s how you can use it:


Tasks

  • Click on the My To-Do tile to open the detailed view.

  • To log time for a task, click the Clock icon.

    • For the current date, enter the time in the format “1h 15m” and click Submit.

    • If you need to log time for multiple days on the same project, click More to go to the Multi-entry page. Click here to learn more about the Multi-Entry page.

New Task

  • Click the + Add Task button to create a new task for yourself.


Checklist

  • You can view the checklists related to the Tasks assigned to you in the My To-Do page.

  • You can create your own checklist by entering details in the Add new checklist item field.

  • Once completed, mark a checklist item as completed by clicking the Checkbox.


Marking a Task as Complete

  • You can mark a task as complete by clicking Mark Complete.

  • Once you mark the Task as completed, the option changes to Mark Incomplete, allowing you to reopen the task if needed.
