Once the authentication is successful, you will see a confirmation message indicating that Microsoft Outlook is connected to PK4 TimeTracker.

How Outlook Events Are Synced with Salesforce

Once the integration is complete, you can start creating events in your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

The events created in Outlook Calendar will be synced to the following Salesforce objects:

  • Calendar Review: The Outlook events will be added to the Calendar Review object, where they can be reviewed.

  • TT Details: Corresponding TT Details records will be created in Salesforce for the event participants.

Important: TT Details records will be created for all TimeTracker users invited to the event, provided they are configured for the Outlook integration.

You can now use Microsoft Outlook Calendar to create events and have them synced with PK4 TimeTracker in Salesforce.
