You should be logged in to Salesforce as an Administrator. You should first create users and Teams in Salesforce and then assign the Teams to the users.

After you have created users and Teams, assign the teams to the Team Leads,
To assign a Team to the Team Lead, go to the Teams tab and click the team name. Search for the user in the Team Lead field and select the user from the list. Click the save button.
The Team lead is now assigned to the team and can track time for themselves and their team members using the PK4 TimeTracker application.
