You can now raise a ticket from the TimeTracker web app,
- In the TimeTracker web app, you see a question mark icon on the right-hand side of the screen, click it, and you see two options as
- Support Articles
- Submit Ticket
- Click the Submit Ticket, button, and you see the ticket screen as follows
- Enter your email ID in the Requester field, then you see a field to enter your Name,
- Enter the issue details in the ticket subject
- In the description field, add detailed information about the issue that you noticed in the TimeTracker application
- You can attach a JPG file/screenshot of the error message if any by clicking the +Attach a file string
- To attach a screenshot or JPG file, click on the Attach a file string, you see an option to browse a file on your Laptop/Desktop, attach it (as you attach a file in your normal email),
- Click the I'm not a robot check box, and
- Click the Submit button to submit a ticket.
Now a ticket is created and the ticket details are emailed to the PK4 Support team and they will respond to you.
