Salesforce suggested that we restrict the login if you get your password wrong more than 3 times


To enhance the security of our Web, Chrome extension, and Mobile time tracking apps, we have now restricted the login attempts if you don't remember the PW.


If you enter the wrong ID or PW more than 3 times, the login will be blocked. You should reset the password using the Forgot Password option.


There are 2 ways where the password can be reset.


  • The Salesforce administrator can reset the password of your TimeTracker application by following the instructions here.
