Here is the list of issues the Timetracker Web users might notice. We have also given the details to solve these issues
You might see the message as in the screenshot below.
- You might have made some session settings on the Laptop that you are using. Due to this, you might not be able to log in to the TimeTracker web app.
- To resolve this issue, close the Web app tab from the browser, and try logging in to the TimeTracker from the beginning,
- i.e., please open a new browser tab, go to the Web app login, enter the App Key, Employee ID and Password to re-login to the web app.
